| Summary: |
The paper presents costs of performing phacoemulsification
in three medical centers of various levels: Department of Ophthalmology University School
of Medical Science, Department of Ophthalmology of Regional Hospital and Nonpublic Health
Service Center. Particular elements creating costs of procedure in each center were
analyzed. In public hospitals main costs sources related are to the maintenance and
exploitation of the buildings and indirect costs of the of the centers, in nonpublic
hospital - with covering the salaries. |
