The article describes diagnostic and therapeutic problems
which occur in patients with orbital fractures. Particularly, in disorders of eye
movements with diplopia diagnosis is established on the basis of ophthalmological and
radiological examinations. The authors present patomechanisms of posttraumatic diplopia in
different kinds of fractures |
