| Summary: |
Accurate interpretation of fluorescein angiography plays the
most important role in the proper selection of patients who are likely to benefit from
photodynamic therapy (PDT). Precise measurement of extent of CNV lesion is essential in
appropriate judgment of subtype of neovascular lesions as defined by the TAP. Topcon's
software for digital angiography analysis - ImageNet 2000 2.14 - includes application
named "PDT" which allows exact delineation and measurement all components of images.
This application seems to be useful adjunct to angiographic imaging technique. |
