| Summary: |
The aim of the
retrospective study was to assess safety of the cataract
extraction surgery as well as to evaluate acquired
visual acuity in cataract surgery following keratoplasty.
The problem of the graft failure as a complication of
that procedure was discussed as well as the endothelium
and reasons of cataract occurrence after keratoplasty.
The conclusion is that cataract extraction after
keratoplasty is safe and effective method which allows
achieving visual acuity improvement in patients. |
