| Summary: |
Fluoresceine angiography
is the standard imaging method of the microvascular
abnormalities in diabetic retinopathy. The retinal
manifestation of retinopathy include capillary
dilatation, microaneurysms, hemorrhages, capillary
closure, intraretinal leakage, retinal edema and
neovascularization. In some pathological conditions in
retinopathy ICG may highlight abnormal areas of the
retinal circulation as the retinal exudation sources. |
