| Summary: |
The aim of the study is to
present qualification rules of the pseudoaccomodative
intraocular lens AcrySof ReSTOR implantation based on
personal experience.
The important element of qualification examination is
patient interview, giving the patient exhaustive
information on action mode and abilities of the used
lens, its’ advantages and disadvantages. Proper patients
qualification, in association with precise calculation,
appropriate IOL power selection and perfect surgery
performance, enables good and very good distance and
near visual acuity achievement, satisfactory for
intermediate distance and become independent from ocular
correction. |
