Author presents opinions
about contemporary diagnostic possibilities of PAC and
its prophylactic treatment. Practical value of PAC
diagnosis using AS OCT as well as verifying the results
of laser procedures using the same method is discussed.
Some impacts of cataract extraction on angle
configuration in the eyes with open and closed angle is
presented. Author emphasizes the practical value of new
classification of Primary Angle Closure (PAC) and
Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma (PACG) in the context of
glaucoma prophylaxis. |
