| Summary: |
Purpose: To
illustrate a new image analyzing method for anterior
chamber images obtained by the anterior-segment optical
coherence tomography (AS-OCT). The Visante OCT is a
non-contact device using time-domain OCT modality. It is
designed for anterior segment imaging. It enables to
make precise measurements including pachymetry,
angle-to-angle, angle size in degrees, anterior chamber
depth. The main function of the OCT Visante is imaging
and measurement of the anterior segment structures. It
is useful in patients undergoing keratoplasty, glaucoma
and refractive surgical procedures as well as in
positioning artificial devices in the anterior chamber
and corneo-scleral angle. |
