| Summary: |
In ophthalmic medical
imaging we observe a lack of advanced information
technology tools to support the analysis of the obtained
results. The purpose of this work was to develop a
computer system that would support creating further
applications, that would be helpful in the analysis of
medical images and automated screening for various types
of anomalies as well as conducting required qualitative
and quantitative measurements. The developed system was
used to create an application which analyses optical
coherence tomography images and which was tested on the
images from real-life clinical practice. |
