| Summary: |
Over the period of last
two years only one-day contact lenses were applied for a
better eye for children aged 5 to 12 years old. In over
85% patients using this type of obturator for 4 to 18
months, symptoms of any abnormalities were not observed.
Comparatively easy application, comfort of sterile
one-day contact lenses, with no necessity to clean the
lenses and additional emotional load, for both young
patient and person applying the contact lens, appeared
to be a success when the better eye obturated accepted
and preferred that. |
